Menu buttons dont do anything and I dont see speed/distance
You need to be stood outside and have a satellite lock. Then the tracks will work - without the lock the app cannot figure out where you are and hence record the track. Stand outside for a few minutes, then press "My location" - if the app shows you where you are, you're good to go and the track should display.
Takes a long time to get a lock compared with other apps
GPS Guru asks your BlackBerry OS for a location and then waits. If it is taking a long time it is because your BlackBerry is taking a long time, the app does not delay the process. The app does ask for more information than some other apps (speed, course, etc) and this may take longer for the BlackBerry to provide.
Never gets a lock/Awaiting Satellite Info forever
Make sure you are standing outside with a clear view of the sky (no tall buildings). Your BlackBerry needs to see at least 3 satellites that are not too close together. Alternatively, some BlackBerrys don't support the display of satellite information, in this case you can safely ignore this screen.
App complains I have no GPS
Make sure your phone has a GPS builtin first of all - if it does, choose your BlackBerry options program, go to Advanced and then select GPS or Location settings. Ensure the GPS is enabled, location aiding is turned on, etc. Make sure E911 is not selected.

How do you zoom in and out?
Use the volume keys, or the numbers 1 and 3.
Repeatedly asks me to change permissions
Talk to your IT administrator. Your company has a policy on the BES server that forbids you from changing the permissions.
How do I download the app?
If you purchased from App World then you'll find it in App World under My World. If it's not there, it may have disappeared due to bugs in app world, so you'll need to email them at appworldbilling@rim.com
App says there's a connection problem or unable to connect
Connection problems happen for a variety of reasons. Assuming you do indeed have a signal, then possible reasons are:
1) Your blackberry is provided by a company and they have blocked third party apps from using the Internet.
2) Your provider forbids access to our site
3) Your phone is incorrectly configured.
App won't close / app keeps running
Press the BACK button, not the hang up button.
